F series flocculator

Product information

How the F series flocculator works
Wastewater flows through the F series flocculator inline. Chemicals are added at dedicated injection points along the flow path.

Static mixing zones and long-radius pipe bends provide controlled mixing without moving parts. This supports effective coagulation and flocculation while protecting floc structure.

Sampling points allow operators to check performance and optimize dosing before the flow enters the downstream separation stage.

Performance and design data

  • Flow capacity: up to 908+ m3/h
Key features
  • Non-mechanical, static mixing design with no moving parts
  • Air injection ports for microbubble introduction
  • Wide radius bends to protect floc integrity
  • Chemical dosing and sampling ports to support testing and optimization
  • Materials available in HDPE, PVC and stainless steel (304/316)
Frequently asked questions

What is the F series flocculator used for?
It is used for controlled coagulation and flocculation ahead of DAF to improve capture of suspended solids and emulsified contaminants.

How does the F series flocculator help protect floc integrity?
Static mixing zones and long-radius bends promote mixing while limiting shear forces that can break formed flocs.

Can multiple chemicals be dosed in the flocculator?
Yes. The system includes dedicated injection ports for staged dosing of pH correction, coagulant and polymer, along with sampling points to support optimization.

Does the flocculator include moving parts?
No. The F series is a non-mechanical flocculation system with no moving parts.
